Since Chantyl’s admission to the California Bar in 2018, she has devoted her practice exclusively to family law, representing clients throughout the Bay Area in complex financial and family law matters involving high-value assets, business interests, property division, and support, as well as high-conflict divorce, custody, visitation, and domestic violence.

Chantyl’s commitment to family law is deeply personal. Having experienced a high-conflict divorce firsthand as a child, she understands the profound and lasting effects these disputes can have on families. That perspective drives her to help clients navigate emotionally and financially complex circumstances with clarity, compassion, and a steady focus on protecting their long-term interests.

With more than eight years of experience, Chantyl is known for her personalized attention, meticulous preparation, and relentless work ethic. A judicious advocate and skilled negotiator, she develops thoughtful, strategic solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

Chantyl earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University Channel Islands in 2014, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Channel Islands View newspaper and was selected as the student commencement speaker for her graduating class. She earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2017 and participated in the Negotiation Honors Program from 2015 to 2017. Chantyl remains actively involved in the legal community through her memberships in the Bar Association of San Francisco, the Marin County Bar Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
